February 12, 2013 at the next internal meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC "Kazakhtelecom" was approved amendments, additions to the regulations on the Internal Audit Service of JSC "Kazakhtelecom" and policies for the organization of internal audit of JSC "Kazakhtelecom" through their adoption in new editions.

February 12, 2013 the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC "Kazakhtelecom". Among the issues were the issues of Internal Audit Service of JSC "Kazakhtelecom", including consideration of the report on the activities of the IAS for the 4th quarter of 2012 and the Report on the activities of the IAS at the end of 2012. By unanimous decision of the Board of Directors of JSC "Kazakhtelecom" these reports were noted.

In accordance with the recommendations of the JSC "National Welfare Fund" Samruk-Kazyna "in the exploitation of the website launched for Internal Audit Service of JSC" Kazakhtelecom ". The website will provide an opportunity to get information on the activities of the IAS, access to common documents of IAS, as well as opening and closing vacancy and receipt CV`s.
