We expect you to report violations of these ethical principles:

• criminal behavior;
• fraud or deliberate error in the preparation, evaluation, review or audit of all types of financial reports of the Company;
• misappropriation or other questionable activities related to the preparation or conduct of the Company's financial records;
• distortion or false representation to head accountant or manager or manager and accountant, materials contained in the financial records, financial or audit reports of the Company;
• deviation from the principles of full and impartial reporting on the financial situation of the Company;
• failure to comply with or attempts to circumvent domestic policies to comply with the rule of law or internal control of financial reporting;
• failure to comply with legal or regulatory obligations;
• offering or giving a bribe;
• actions that promote or induce third parties to violations of the relevant legislation;
• discrimination or harassment regardless of whether they are direct, covert or overt;
• actions that endanger the health or safety or may harm the environment;
• actions taken to conceal or result in the concealment of the foregoing.
